The goal of this course is introducing the specific traits and behaviors that characterize successful intrapreneurs, taking into account literature and direct experiences. At the end of this module students will have understood the intrapreneurial mindset and behavior, they will have a clear idea of why intrapreneurs are an advantage for an organization and will be able to identify on which of their attitudes they need to train to become more intrapreneurial.
